Our microgreens are hydroponically grown on a coco coir mat. We grow organically and the microgreens remain attached to the coir mat when the customer takes home. The shelf life is up to 2 weeks in the customers refrigerator. Microgreens are up to 40 times more nutrient dense than the full size varieties. The flavors are quite robust. Add to salads, sandwiches, eggs, smoothies, pizza, meats, chicken, fish, pasta, rice and more.
