Who are we?
We are a fun group that meets weekly and is open year-round for ALL parents interested in learning about and creating traditional German arts & crafts. Our goal is to provide these little extras that are not provided from the GISW school budget. All profits from the sale of our creations benefit our students!
What do we do?
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, the Arts & Crafts group is a way to interact with and meet other parents while creating German arts and crafts to support the FRIENDS’ fundraising for the School.
From January trough Easter, we will work on projects for the Easter sale, then it goes right back to the preparations for the yearly Christmas Market, our largest and most important event of the year.
If you enjoy crafting and/or looking for a connection to the school community, then on Thursday mornings from between 8:15 am Previous knowledge is not necessary, we like to show and help!
There is always a delicious breakfast.
